La Foumagerie is a specialty food shop and cafe in Victoria Village, here in Montreal. They sell everything from cheese, to meats, to jams and they make unbelievable salads and sandwiches. It is a neighborhood favorite! Located on Sherbrooke Street West, it is surrounded by tons of great shops, which makes for a nice afternoon of eating and shopping. But let's get to the good stuff...the cookies! This shop has incredible chocolate chip cookies, made from milk, dark, and white chocolate. I can never order just one or two, I normally end up buying at least three or four, and you will too!

This is my favorite spot in Stowe, Vermont. It a great little internet cafe that serves tons of yummy coffee and food. It's a nice place to sit and eat while checking emails, reading, or doing work (typical life of a student). It tends to serve on the food on the healthy side, and there are several vegetarian dishes for all you tree huggers! My favorite thing there by far are the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie; they're huge, delicious, and always made fresh. For those of who do not enjoy oatmeal, the regular choco-chip cookies are delish as well!

Located in the beautiful Westmount Square, the Tavern is one of Montreal's favorite places to dine! It is open for both lunch and dinner, which is great for me because I cannot get enough of this place! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and the food is always cooked to perfection. Now let's get down to business and discuss cookies. The Tavern serves a dessert called the "ooey gooey cookie"; it's made with milk and white chocolate chips and is baked and served in a skillet! It absolutely scrumptious and definitely worth the calories! 

Another superb specialty food store located in Stowe, Vermont. This is the place to go for high-end, ready made delicacies. They have a fresh bread oven in the back, a good wine selection, and a small terrace area to consume the goodies when the weather is good. A large pastry counter dominates the center of the store and the over-sized, freshly made, chocolate chip cookies are front and center!
